Speech Language Pathologist in Hamptonville, NC

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) highly preferred
- Previous experience with school-aged children in an educational environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork
- Solid grasp of IEP development and implementation, as well as therapy documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Attend required meetings, effectively contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy approaches to fit the individual learning styles and needs of each student
