Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives by providing speech-language pathology expertise in a contract role serving PreK through 12th grade. This opportunity is for a dedicated professional skilled in school settings, available to work full-time (7 hours per day, 5 days per week) during the 2025-2026 school year. The role begins July 1, 2025, and continues through June 30, 2026.
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfort working with varying caseloads of approximately 10-15 students of diverse ages
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to on-site service delivery; teletherapy is not utilized in this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers and parents to support classroom strategies and reinforce therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate records and comply with documentation requirements
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required
