Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives by providing speech-language pathology expertise in a contract role serving PreK through 12th grade. This opportunity is for a dedicated professional skilled in school settings, available to work full-time (7 hours per day, 5 days per week) during the 2025-2026 school year. The role begins July 1, 2025, and continues through June 30, 2026.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Comfort working with varying caseloads of approximately 10-15 students of diverse ages
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to on-site service delivery; teletherapy is not utilized in this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support classroom strategies and reinforce therapeutic interventions
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with documentation requirements
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required
