ProCare Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work with K–12 students across California for the 2025–2026 school year. Responsibilities

Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K–12 students
-
Develop individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
-
Deliver direct therapy and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation per California Department of Education (CDE) standards
Qualifications
-
Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)

California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in Speech-Language Pathology (or willingness to pursue)

Knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP implementation in school settings
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
