Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active SLP-CCC credential.
- Eligible for state licensure as required.
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
- Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes to staff and families.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student development and inclusion in classroom settings.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input.
- Deliver both group and individual therapies based on students’ unique needs.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education in school-based speech-language pathology.
