This full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is based in the Portland, OR area, supporting K-12 students within public school settings. The role begins mid-December and continues through the end of the school year in June. The position is contract-based and requires onsite work primarily in families’ homes, preschools, and child care centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in various settings
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Support students’ communication development to enhance academic and social success
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon SLP license
- Experience working professionally as a School Speech Language Pathologist, preferably with K-12 caseloads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Onsite work in homes, preschools, and child care environments within Portland, OR
