Remote SLPA Supervisor Oregon Contract Position
We are hiring an experienced SLP to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) serving Oregon schools. This 1099 position involves oversight, consultation, and collaboration to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will provide remote supervision, assist with goal setting, and support compliance with licensure and practice standards.
Responsibilities:

Provide required direct and indirect supervision for Oregon SLPAs

Review therapy plans and student progress regularly

Observe therapy sessions remotely and provide feedback

Assist in the development of IEP goals with SLPAs

Ensure all SLPA services align with ASHA and Oregon state rules

Maintain supervision logs and submit documentation to districts

Consult on therapy adjustments and caseload planning

Train SLPAs on ethical and effective therapy delivery

Review evaluations and ensure goal accuracy

Communicate with districts about SLPA performance and needs

Offer support for SLPAs navigating virtual therapy tools

Stay updated on Oregon Board of Examiners regulations

Address parent or staff questions related to SLPA services

Provide crisis support if SLPA is unavailable

Ensure continuity of care for students across service providers

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
