Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Greenfield, IN
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school district located in Greenfield, IN, with a contract duration for the current school year. The role involves working primarily with preschool through 5th-grade students, along with a few junior and senior high school students. This small, rural district offers a caseload of approximately 60 students, about half of whom require Language Intervention (LI) or Speech Intervention (SI) services.
Key responsibilities include delivering speech and language assessments and interventions tailored to students’ individual needs, collaborating with educational staff and families, and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress. Qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid State Speech-Language Pathology Licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Skills in pediatric speech-language pathology and healthcare environments are valued
