ProCare Therapy is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work with K–12 students across Texas for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you’re beginning your Clinical Fellowship (CF) or are an experienced clinician seeking a new chapter, we’ll help you find the right fit for your background, career goals, and preferred location.

Responsibilities
-
Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals

Deliver direct therapy and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation per Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards
Qualifications
-
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)

Texas Education Agency certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or willingness to pursue)

Knowledge of IDEA and IEP procedures
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
