ProCare Therapy is currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work with K–12 students across Texas for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you’re beginning your Clinical Fellowship (CF) or are an experienced clinician seeking a new chapter, we’ll help you find the right fit for your background, career goals, and preferred location.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals

  • Deliver direct therapy and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation per Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Texas Education Agency certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or willingness to pursue)

  • Knowledge of IDEA and IEP procedures

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Position Details

  • Location: Openings statewide — including Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding regions

  • Start Date: August 2025

  • Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
