Locations & Assignment Details: • First assignment: Brushy Creek Elementary in Taylors, SC and Greenville Middle School in Greenville, SC • Second assignment: Location to be determined within the district, with potential school reassignment for the next school year • Assignment Duration: August 11, 2026 – November 3, 2026 (approximately 12 weeks), with possible additional pre-planning days • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Key Qualifications: • Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License • South Carolina Educator Certificate (pending status acceptable) • Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred • Candidates holding SLP-CFY status may be considered; SLP Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible • Availability to work onsite; virtual candidates will not be considered
Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, following individualized education plans (IEPs) • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress • Participate in assessment, documentation, and progress reporting to meet school district standards • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs in an educational setting
