Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Deliver direct speech therapy services tailored to each student's unique communication challenges
- Utilize in-person and teletherapy techniques to maximize student engagement and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress in compliance with school and state regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification and licensure per state requirements
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in grades 3-5
- Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services alongside traditional speech therapy
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to implement effective intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, parents, and educational staff
