- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Current state SLP licensure or ability to obtain before start
- Previous experience in a school-based, pediatric, or educational setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort managing elementary caseloads and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Passion for fostering communication development in a school environment
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify student needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per school and district policies
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
- Adapt therapy plans to accommodate diverse learning styles, needs, and cultural backgrounds
