Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time (Itinerant)
Location: Greeneville, TN
Assignment Dates: 2025–2026 School Year
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Caseload: Approximately 50 students
Service Model: Itinerant – travel required to up to 3 school sites
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dependable Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based services in Greeneville, TN, for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time, itinerant position requiring travel to up to three school locations to support a caseload of approximately 50 students.
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver speech and language services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP

Support implementation of IEP goals and treatment plans

Maintain accurate records of student progress and service delivery

Prepare therapy materials and assist in classroom-based communication strategies

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student communication outcomes

Travel between assigned school sites as needed
Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program or related field

Current and valid SLP license in the state of Tennessee

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple school sites

School-based experience preferred, particularly with diverse student needs

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
