ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position during the 2025–2026 school year. This role requires an experienced professional who is committed to providing onsite services — remote work will not be considered.
We’re partnering with a local school district that needs a dedicated SLP to work directly with students in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.
Position Overview:

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week

Contract: 180-day school year calendar

Start Date: Start of the 2025–2026 school year

Work Setting: 100% onsite — no hybrid or remote flexibility

Caseload: Additional information will be provided during the interview process

Location: Specific school site will be disclosed upon interview
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in compliance with IEP goals
-
Administer diagnostic evaluations and contribute to multidisciplinary assessments
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress
-
Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, as well as with families
-
Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, evaluations, and communications
-
Support student communication development in both individual and small group settings
-
Stay compliant with district, state, and federal regulations
Required Credentials:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
-
Active state licensure as an SLP (or ability to obtain prior to start)

CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered based on experience
-
Prior school-based experience is highly desirable
-
Must be fully available for onsite work — remote options will not be entertained
