Pediatric SLP in Tucson, AZ
A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Tucson, AZ to cover a maternity leave from November 10 through February 10 for the 2025-2026 school year. This role involves supporting students across K-12 grades in a school setting, delivering comprehensive speech-language services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for students in a school environment
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Deliver services on-site, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Current State SLP License
- Valid State Teaching Certificate
- State Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school-based environments, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy is a plus
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently from K-12 grades
