Speech-Language Pathologist School-Based Contract
Job Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech, language, and communication needs. The SLP will work with students, teachers, and parents to develop effective communication skills that enhance academic and social success.
Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) and interventions.

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.

Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Valid state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred).

Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
