Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (Onsite, Full-Time)
Location: Grass Valley, CA
Caseload: K–8th Grade | Approx. 30 Students
Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week | Onsite Only
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Grass Valley, California. This is a full-time, onsite-only position serving a caseload of approximately 30 K–8th grade students. The SLP will provide direct and consultative services, conduct assessments, and support student communication needs in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language and communication assessments

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEP goals

Provide direct intervention services to students in a school-based setting

Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing input on goals and service recommendations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements

Support students with a variety of needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC preferred, CFs considered)

California Teaching Credential or CTC waiver (or ability to obtain)

Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills
