Speech Therapist needed in Grants Pass, OR for the full school year starting in August!

Itinerant within district

Caseload: K-12th
Responsibilities:
-
Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and treatment plans
-
Provide direct SLP therapy services to students, individually or in groups, targeting goals in IEPs
-
Document student progress, collect accurate data, and maintain comprehensive records of therapy sessions and student performance.
-
Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment.
-
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to ensure cohesive and integrated student support.
-
Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations, as well as ethical guidelines pertaining to SLP practices
-
Participate in school-based meetings and professional development opportunities as required
Qualifications:
-
Valid and active SLP license in Oregon
-
School-based experience is strongly preferred
-
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
