A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position at an early childhood school in Aiken, SC, serving a mixed caseload of approximately 45 students. This role focuses on delivering speech-language therapy to early learners within an elementary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, including early childhood learners
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication and learning goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Serve one elementary school site with direct student contact four days per week, eight hours per day
Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina SLP License
- South Carolina Educators Certificate in Speech Language Pathology
- South Carolina LLR License
- Experience working in school settings, especially early childhood education, is preferred
