Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Belleville, IL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience in school or pediatric settings
- Teletherapy experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to students—primarily elementary
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to families and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
