Speech Language Pathologist – Full-Time | Granger, WA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Granger, Washington area. This opportunity is for the 2025-2026 school year, running from August 25, 2025, through June 11, 2026.
Position Overview:
The Speech Language Pathologist will serve as the case manager for approximately 35-40 speech-only students, spanning from ECEAP (preschool) through high school. The SLP will work alongside two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who provide direct services.
Typical Responsibilities:

Manage caseload and oversee the delivery of speech therapy services

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct speech-language therapy and monitor student progress
-
Collaborate with SLPAs, teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
-
Ensure compliance with district and state regulations

Support students across all grade levels from preschool to high school
Qualifications:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements, including but not limited to:

Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification
-
Credential or certification as required by the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)

Experience working with students across a broad age range in a school setting

Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and regulations

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
