Middle School High School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Golden, CO

What you bring:
- Valid state SLP license and relevant certification
- Experience or enthusiasm for working in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement individualized speech/language therapy plans
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language needs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ individual requirements
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and parents
- Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with educators and families to ensure effective support
- Assist in shaping a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
