Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric and/or school settings is highly desirable
- Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students with a variety of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary colleagues to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in professional development and training as needed
- Supervision for CF candidates is available, ensuring strong mentorship and growth
