Do you have a passion for helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support K–12 students throughout the academic year.
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellows accepted
-
Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Understanding of IEP procedures and special education laws
Key Responsibilities
-
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal writing
-
Document progress and maintain accurate records
-
Provide education and strategies to caregivers and staff
