A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-8th grade students in an elementary school setting in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech therapy services to address students’ speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress records in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide training or resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines related to speech therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) or CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary or K-8 settings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 60-70 students efficiently.
- Knowledge of current best practices in speech-language pathology relevant to a school environment.
