About the Position
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Glen Allen, VA! This school-based role offers the opportunity to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them develop vital communication skills for success in school and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Virginia state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus.
