Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ability to provide both direct and indirect services to students
  • Comfortable with itinerant work and paid travel within the district, driving required

Location: Gilroy, California
Position Details:

  • Contract duration: 2025-2026 school year
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (8 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Assignments across multiple schools; exact caseload to be determined
  • Caseload-based model requiring management of direct and indirect therapy services
  • Travel between assigned schools necessary within the district

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district policies and regulations
  • Adapt therapy approaches for in-person and teletherapy delivery as needed
