Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Gilroy, California

Key Qualifications and Experience:

- Comfortable with itinerant work and paid travel within the district, driving required

Position Details:
- Contract duration: 2025-2026 school year
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (8 hours daily with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Assignments across multiple schools; exact caseload to be determined
- Caseload-based model requiring management of direct and indirect therapy services
- Travel between assigned schools necessary within the district
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district policies and regulations
- Adapt therapy approaches for in-person and teletherapy delivery as needed
