Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Gilroy, California. This position offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time clinicians and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success.
The ideal candidate will provide evaluation, therapy, and consultative services to students across grade levels while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.

Provide direct speech and language therapy in individual and group settings.

Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.

Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.

Experience in school-based therapy preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
