Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Elementary Gilroy, CA
Gilroy, CA
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services at a single elementary school site in Gilroy, CA for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will support students with a variety of communication needs and collaborate with a team of educators and support staff.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy services to students
-
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Communicate regularly with families and school staff
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
California SLP License (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, CFs welcome to apply

School-based experience is a plus
