ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the remainder of the school year. This role supports a caseload of students ages birth to five and is delivered entirely virtually—with the exception of clinicians located in Sheridan, Wyoming, who will follow a hybrid schedule that includes limited travel within the county.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20–25 students

Support developmental goals for children from birth to 5 years old

Conduct virtual assessments, create treatment plans, and document progress

Engage with families, caregivers, and early childhood teams to support communication outcomes

Collaborate with other service providers and maintain compliance with program timelines

For candidates based in Sheridan, WY: travel to local sites Monday–Thursday; Friday reserved for office-based paperwork and documentation

Location:
Fully remote (teletherapy) for non-local candidates
Hybrid schedule for those located in Sheridan County, WY
Caseload: 20–25 children (birth–5 years)
Platform: VOCO or similar virtual service delivery tool
Clinical Fellowship: Open to CFs with supervision provided
Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in the state of Wyoming
