School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Reading, Pennsylvania

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience delivering services in schools preferred
- Familiarity with remote/virtual therapy platforms a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and success
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders for students in grades assigned for ESY
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through engaging teletherapy sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver progress updates and adapt strategies to student needs
- Attend and contribute to virtual IEP meetings as needed
- Stay current with industry best practices and virtual service tools
