This role involves working with a caseload of 45 students identified with Speech or Language Impairment (SLI), providing targeted speech and resource support. The position requires on-site presence, supporting students Monday through Friday, full-time from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, starting from March 23, 2026, through May 22, 2026.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license with up-to-date Arizona Department of Education (ADE) certification
- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card and health license
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in school-based speech therapy settings
- Ability to manage a caseload focused on speech and language impairments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the school environment
Location:
- Gilbert, Arizona (Phoenix area)
- On-site, no remote or travel assignments for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language pathology services to elementary students in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to support student progress and integrate therapy goals within the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all students served
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning for student success
