A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a vibrant elementary school located in Gilbert, AZ, within the Phoenix area. This contract role runs from March 23, 2026, through May 22, 2026, with an expected work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
The SLP will serve a caseload of 45 elementary students, all of whom are either speech or language impaired (SLI) or receive speech and resource support. Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Arizona Department of Education (ADE) certification for Speech-Language Pathology.
- AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card.
- Up-to-date health license compliant with the state requirements.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and providing speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders. Collaboration with teachers and staff to ensure effective integration of therapy goals in the classroom is essential.
