About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students for the current school year in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, onsite position serves K–12 students, providing evaluation, intervention, and collaboration to enhance communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy across communication, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic areas

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations in alignment with state and district guidelines

Develop IEP goals, document services, and track progress

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Support MTSS/RTI initiatives through observations, data collection, and targeted interventions

Maintain compliant documentation and meet required timelines
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Arizona SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

School-based experience strongly preferred
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
-
Ability to support diverse student needs across grade levels
