Support Middle School Students in Genoa City, WI
ProCare Therapy is seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Genoa City, Wisconsin for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working four days per week, focused on serving a middle school caseload. Help students build critical communication skills that support both their academic success and personal development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and screenings

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy to students individually and in small groups

Support students with needs in:

Articulation
-
Receptive and expressive language
-
Fluency
-
Pragmatic/social communication
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress toward IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply – supervision and support provided
Preferred: Experience with middle school-aged students
