Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, In-Person – Garland, TX
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person role in Garland, Texas. In this position, you will deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students, helping support their communication skills, academic growth, and overall participation throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, school-based or pediatric experience, and a commitment to fostering meaningful student progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services in alignment with Texas licensure standards and district policies

Support IEP goals through targeted, evidence-based intervention plans

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of communication support across environments

Maintain thorough and timely documentation for evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary collaboration, and school-based professional development

Offer strategies and recommendations to encourage communication carryover at school and home
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Texas SLP license
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
