Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
We are currently seeking Certified Paraprofessionals to join our team and support our students in achieving academic and personal success.
Position Overview:
The Certified Paraprofessional will work under the supervision of a certified teacher or specialist to assist in the instruction and support of students with a variety of needs. This includes academic, behavioral, and/or physical assistance, both in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering instructional materials and strategies to students.

Provide support to individual students and small groups.

Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators.
-
Support students with special needs, including those with IEPs or 504 plans.

Document and report student progress to the supervising teacher.

Assist with non-instructional duties such as supervision during lunch, recess, or transportation.
Qualifications:

Must hold valid Paraprofessional Certification in MN
-
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students’ educational growth.
