Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is strongly preferred
  • Previous school-based experience in SLP roles is highly desirable
  • Solid communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams

Position Details & Duties:

  • Contract runs August 26th, 2026, through June 12th, 2027
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; schedule is 7:45AM–3:00PM
  • Deliver services to K-8th grade students in a single school setting
  • Manage a caseload of 30–50 students with varying communication needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy (group and individual), document services, monitor and report student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
  • Contribute actively to student success and school teams
