This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is based onsite in Midland, TX, serving a school environment under a contract through May 23, 2025. The role is ideal for a licensed SLP with experience in school settings, supporting a student caseload of 60-65. Candidates with SLP-CCC and SLP-School certifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a caseload of 60-65 students, providing speech and language therapy services.
- Supervise up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and regulatory requirements.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Texas.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or school-specific certification is advantageous.
- Experience working in school settings with children.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a moderate to large caseload.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
