Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and collaborative team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students or patients improve their communication skills and achieve meaningful progress. The selected candidate will provide high-quality services, conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Provide direct therapy services to students/clients
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings (if school-based) and team discussions

Support a positive and inclusive learning or clinical environment
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a team environment
