Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) or SLPA with relevant state credentials
- Experience providing speech/language services in school settings
- Preferably experienced with moderate to severe student caseloads
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable adapting to multiple sites if needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-time speech and language therapy to approximately 45 students
- Serve primarily at one elementary school and provide support at additional locations as necessary
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate student records and participate in IEP meetings
