 Contract: Full 2025–2026 School Year
Schedule: Full-Time
 Caseload: K–12 students


Position Overview:
A school district in Fryeburg, ME is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a diverse K–12 caseload.

You’ll work with students presenting a range of communication needs—from mild articulation delays to more complex cases involving AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). This is a rewarding opportunity for a collaborative clinician who thrives in a school-based setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K–12

  • Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success

  • Serve students with a range of needs, including articulation, language disorders, and AAC users

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements


Qualifications:

  • Active Maine SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Maine Department of Education certification (Endorsement 293) preferred

  • Experience with AAC tools and devices is a plus

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
