Speech Language Pathologist in Front Royal, VA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current VA SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and monitor progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on speech/language needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster student success
