Soliant is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in the Fridley, MN area. Position Overview
As a school-based SLP, you will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy services, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success.
Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.

Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions.

Work closely with school staff and families to support student growth and development.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility prior to start date.
