Join a District Where Your Expertise Transforms Lives

Are you passionate about helping students find their voice, improve communication, and build the skills they need to succeed? Do you want to be part of a supportive, student-focused team that values your clinical expertise and the life-changing work you do?

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time role is open to both onsite and virtual candidates, offering flexibility while maintaining a deep commitment to student success. You’ll support a caseload of approximately 55 elementary students (K–5) and 65 secondary students (6–12) across a mixed population.

Best of all — no evaluations are required — you’ll be supported by a dedicated evaluation team so you can focus solely on providing direct services and meaningful interventions.

This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to be a key part of a child’s growth, to partner with passionate educators, and to make a lasting impact every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services to K–12 students across a mixed caseload

  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative student planning

  • Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support skill generalization

  • Maintain accurate service records and progress documentation

Note: Evaluations are handled by a separate evaluation team — no testing required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • State-issued licensure (must meet licensure requirements for both location and service delivery)

  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and time-management skills

  • A collaborative spirit with a passion for student development

  • A flexible, student-centered approach to therapy

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • A meaningful, purpose-driven role where your work changes lives

  • A warm, collaborative team environment that values your input

  • An organized caseload with strong administrative support

  • No evaluation responsibilities — focus fully on therapy

  • Ongoing opportunities for professional development and mentorship

  • A consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance

Contract Duration: September 2, 2025 – June 5, 2026
Interviews: Interviewing now – rolling basis; early applications encouraged

If you're ready to bring your talents to a district that values its clinicians and puts students first, we’d love to connect with you.
