Partner with ProCare Therapy to Support Student Communication and Learning

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year across the state of California. We are working with school districts throughout the region to place qualified SLPs in roles where their expertise will have a direct impact on student success.

Position Overview
SLPs in our network provide services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges in educational settings. You’ll evaluate students, develop treatment goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help students meet their academic and social milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

  • Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with California guidelines

  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students across grade levels

  • Maintain documentation of student progress and service delivery

  • Work closely with teachers, families, and related service providers

  • Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and school-based initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid California SLP License (or CTC credential for school-based services)

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills

  • School calendar schedule (August 2025 – June 2026)
