School Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, California

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, starting in August 2026 and concluding in June 2027. This contract role is based onsite in Fremont, CA, serving a single school site with a student age range from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade. The schedule consists of 35 hours per week, spread over five days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across TK-12th grade.
- Collaborate closely with three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and the district’s SLP lead.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) grounded in best practices.
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and communicate effectively with educators and families.
- Maintain compliance with district policies and state regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid credential or license as a Speech-Language Pathologist for school settings.
- Experience working with diverse student populations across a TK-12 continuum.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
