Speech Pathology - San Francisco, CA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a San Francisco, CA K-12 school. This onsite, contract position begins in January and focuses on serving high school students with a caseload of approximately 70 children.
Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders. The role requires collaboration with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress in accordance with school policies and state guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification and licensure appropriate for school settings
- Experience working within high school speech-language programs
- Ability to manage a caseload of 70 students effectively
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language therapies
