An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) dedicated to supporting students’ communication development within a centralized K-12 school campus in San Francisco, CA. This position offers the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families, helping students overcome a variety of speech and language challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services in individual and small group settings
- Implement treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Monitor and document student progress, modifying sessions as needed
- Maintain clear communication with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support students consistently on one campus, without the need for site-to-site travel
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license or eligibility
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not mandatory
