Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and credentials appropriate for school-based practice
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessments, and therapy techniques
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
