We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K–12 students in a school setting for the 2025–2026 academic year in Niceville, FL. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about helping students improve their communication skills within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Provide therapy services to students individually and in small groups
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support staff to ensure student progress
-
Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and remain in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates also welcome

Experience in school settings preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish/English) are highly encouraged to apply
